Guide: how to request a withdrawal of your funds

When your compensation builds up in your wallet, it's time to withdraw it. This guide summarizes how a withdrawal request works and what rules you should keep in mind.

Before you start

You need two things: available balance and a verified bank account. The available balance is calculated from your ledger credits minus pending and completed withdrawals, so it reflects exactly what you can move. If your bank account is not yet verified, complete that step first.

Rules of a withdrawal

  • Minimum amount: 100 dollars per request.
  • Daily limit: up to 7 requests per day.
  • Destination: verified bank accounts only.

These rules keep the system orderly and protect both the platform and you against errors or unusual activity.

The states of your request

Once submitted, your request advances through a clear sequence of states: first it's pending, then it moves to processing and finally it's marked as completed or, if something fails, as failed. You can follow this path from the withdrawal history on the Wallet and Payments page.

Transparency end to end

There are no hidden calculations: you see your balance, request the amount and follow the status until the money reaches your bank. If a request appears as failed, check that your bank account is still verified and that the details are correct before trying again.

With these clear rules, withdrawing your funds is a predictable process. Plan your withdrawals around the minimum and the daily limit, and keep your account verified so that every payment arrives without delay.
