To receive your payments you need to register a bank account. This guide explains how to do it from the Wallet and Payments page, and what each status your account passes through means.
Add your account
From the Wallet and Payments page you can add the bank account you'll use to receive ACH transfers. Enter your details carefully: the account holder name, the account number and the routing number must match those at your bank. Each operator keeps one associated bank account, which you can edit or delete whenever you need.
Your details, masked
For security, once saved, the platform shows your numbers masked: you'll only see the last four digits of the account and routing numbers. This protects your information even if someone looks at your screen.
The three statuses
Your account can be in one of three statuses:
- Pending: you've just added it and it's awaiting review.
- Verified: the compliance team approved it and you can now use it for withdrawals.
- Rejected: there was a problem with the details; review the stated reason and correct the information.
Why verification is required
The withdrawal flow only processes transfers to verified accounts. This protects your money: it prevents a payment from going to unconfirmed details. If your account appears as rejected, don't worry; just correct the details according to the stated reason and resubmit it for review.
Recommendations
Double-check the account and routing numbers before saving. If you change banks, update the information and wait until the new account is verified before requesting a withdrawal. Keeping your bank details up to date is the best way to ensure timely, trouble-free payments.
