So that payments reach the right destination, every bank account goes through a review. The bank account review panel gives the compliance team the tools to do this in an orderly, auditable way.
Who can review
Access to this panel is limited to administrators with the bank account review permission. It's not an open feature: it's part of our role and permission structure, designed so that each sensitive action stays in the hands of the right role.
Approve or reject
From the panel, accounts can be listed and filtered, and each one reviewed individually. An account can be approved — becoming verified — or rejected, in which case a reason for the rejection is recorded. Only accounts in a pending state can be reviewed, and each decision stores the date and the responsible reviewer.
Why it matters
The withdrawal flow validates that the destination account is verified before processing any transfer. This means the review is not a cosmetic formality: it's the barrier that prevents money from going to an unconfirmed account. For the operator, it translates into safer payments; for the compliance team, into a fully traceable process.
Transparency both ways
The operator sees the status of their account — pending, verified or rejected — and, where applicable, the reason for rejection, so they can correct the details. Keeping the status and reason visible is part of our commitment to leaving no hidden steps in how money is handled.
This feature reinforces a simple idea: trust is built with clear processes. Each reviewed account is one more step toward an end-to-end verified operator network.
