Velaris repositions itself as an institutional financial network

We've refreshed how we communicate what we do. Velaris's home page and public presentation now adopt a more sober, corporate voice, centered on one idea: we offer institutional-grade financial infrastructure to a network of verified operators.

Why we changed the tone

The project evolved from recruitment-focused language toward infrastructure-focused language. We talk about a verified operator network, structured compensation and bank-grade security because that describes more precisely the value we deliver. The independent operator model is still visible — we don't hide it — but we present it as what it is: being a member and partner of a financial network.

Transparency, no exceptions

Changing the tone doesn't mean changing the facts. All of our legal disclosures remain exactly as clear:

  • Velaris is not a bank.
  • Banking services are provided through our regulated banking partner and its FDIC-insured bank(s).
  • Your funds are held at the partner bank, not at Velaris.
  • A 2.5% platform fee applies to eligible compensation and deposits.

Phrases like "institutional grade" or "bank-grade security" describe the quality of what we offer, not regulatory attributes we don't possess. We don't invent licenses or guarantees we don't have.

What to expect

You'll see a clearer, more professional message across our public surfaces, aligned with the seriousness of handling money. Internally, our principles haven't changed: transparent information, responsible operators and honest disclosures at every step.

We believe trust is earned through clarity. This new voice is our way of communicating, with the sobriety it deserves, what we already build every day.
